Khi nghe từ "phá sản", cảm nhận đầu tiên đối với hầu như tất cả mọi người là điều gì đó tiêu cực. Tuy vậy, ở Mỹ, đối với nhiều chủ doanh nghiệp, phá sản là cơ hội quý báu để họ thoát khỏi thế bế tắc và làm lại từ đầu.


Kinh tế Việt Nam đang trải qua một giai đoạn đầy khó khăn. Những ghềnh thác đất nước đang phải vượt qua khiến nhiều người nản lòng. Tuy nhiên, khi nhìn lại lịch sử gần 30 năm kể từ ngày Đổi mới, có thể thấy rằng các ông chủ doanh nghiệp Việt từng trải qua những giai đoạn cam go không kém. Đã có nhiều sai lầm, đổ vỡ, mất mát và trả giá, nhưng các nhà tiên phong liên tục xuất hiện, tìm tòi, đột phá và không ít trong số đó vẫn tồn tại vững mạnh cho đến bây giờ.

On November 03, 2011, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued the Circular No. 31/2011/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 34/2008/ND-CP dated March 25, 2008 of the Government and Decree No. 46/2011/ND-CP dated June 17, 2011 of the Government amending, supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 34/2008/ND-CP dated March 25, 2008 of the Government defining recruitment and management of foreigners working in Vietnam.


On October 18, 2011, the Government issued the Decree No. 94/2011/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 147/2003/ND-CP of December 2, 2003, on conditions and procedures for licensing and management of operation of voluntary drug detoxification establishments.


On December 02, 2011, the Government issued the Decree No. 109/2011/ND-CP amending, supplementing some articles of the Decree No. 47/2009/ND-CP dated May 13, 2009 on sanctioning administrative violations of copyright and related rights


VietNamNet Bridge - Vietnamese enterprises can see a new investment shift wave, when foreign investors relocate their production bases from other countries to Vietnam. However, Vietnamese businesses seem to be unable to grab the opportunities.
